The company's principal, Robert J. Stavish Jr., is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Pennsylvania with over 20 years experience.  In the past 15 years Mr. Stavish has served small to medium sized business as a Corporate Controller, a Vice President of Finance and as a Chief Financial Officer.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants.  He has also served on various committees', boards of directors and as an advisor to small business. 

Robert started this venture with the intention of helping small business get the big business benefits of having an on staff Corporate Controller.

Although having a Controller is an excellent benefit to a small business the up front cost of this individual is usually steep to a small business owner.  Sometimes the Controller earns more than the owner themselves.

Robert has found that outsourcing the Controllership function gives a business owner flexibility to pick and choose which services they need at a cost that keeps them comfortable.  It also allows the owner to focus on the core business and not be bogged down with pressure from their outside accountants, attorneys and bankers.

He has been able to work with his clients' outside accountants, attorneys and bankers thus implementing the role of controller within their business.  He has successfully worked with his clients' existing staff to ensure better controls and productivity.  Better controls and productivity lead to decreased costs and increased profits.
